Online dynasty - error code when attempting to practice or play week 1

I have received the error message "We cannot process your request at this time..."  for the past week with my online dynasty.  I have no issue performing other tasks (recruiting, custom schedules, etc) but when I try to go into my online dynasty's practice, or start my week 1 game, I get the error code and booted back to the main menu.  I thought it was a PSN issue, but a co-worker in my league logged in with my EA account, used his PS5 and had the same issue.  Nobody else is having this problem, it's just my team when I try to take the field to play or practice.  Weird thing is, the guy I play week 1, we left the online dynasty and were able to play an online exhibition game with zero issue. 

This has to be an EA problem.  Only thing I can think of is making another player commissioner, leaving and then re-joining the league.  My concern is that if I do that, all of my coach stats and archetype tree will revert back to day 1.  I'd be happy to save the league but really irritated to lose all my progression.  Not to mention, the chance that my recruiting board will be wiped clean as well...

    I found what seems to be the issue.  In my roster, two QB's are blacked out where you normally see their face, their overall ratings dropped down to 12 and I'm unable to open their player card.  If I try to open their card, I get another error message and booted to the main screen.  One player was slated to be my starting QB, so there's no reason why he should have dropped so low.  The other was an athlete, so maybe it glitched when changing his position.  They both also had deal breakers.  So I'm thinking it's either the deal breaker or position change that affected my dynasty.  I feel EA needs to make an option to cut players mid-season because I can't play or make any edits to the players in their player card.

    This is extremely frustrating.  I already had a co-player take over as commissioner and boot me so I could re-join with another coach.  So I've lost all my season 1 progress for the coach and my program.  I've lost his coaching skill tree, and now I'll most likely have to sim through season 2 while the other players in my dynasty will continue playing/recruiting/building their programs.  So now I'm looking at being 2 years behind the others through no fault of my own.  

    Fix this EA.  I am starting to regret the decision of spending the money on a next gen system specifically to play this game.  17 days of searching threads and contacting both EA & Playstation with NO HELP.  2 tickets created and marked "solved" by your support when nothing was ever solved by you.
