Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

my ultimate team has been broken for the past week i can’t play any game modes and everytime i do it crashes my game or says out servers cannot process your request at this time. i am getting very frustrated at this does anyone have a solution. i have already deleted the game and redownloaded it and didn’t work so if anyone had a answer please help.
