Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a...

I haven’t been able to play any ultimate challenges for 2 weeks. When I try to click on a challenge it says “Our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later.”
