Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a...

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know this is still happening. 

would it be possible to get a bit more information?

  • Does it only happen with a specific Dynasty/League?
  • Have they used the Team Builder to edit anything for that Dynasty?
  • Does it happen as soon as they try to enter Online Dynasty, or is it happening elsewhere?

    I can get in my dynasty, I can't play my game or practice, I can use and play other dynasties and other modes, it's this specific one

    I can not practice or play my weekly game, my starting QB is currently 12 ovr and this happen when I did redshirt during offseason.

      This is happening to me now!!! This blank player showed up after I tried to edit a lineman from right guard to left guard.  backed out to the roster, lineman was completely gone and this mystery 12 overall no name player showed up.  Didn't think anything of it so I kept going along with the off-season but now I can't start my first game or practice. I already spent 2 days simulating through my first season to get stuff going, and now this is totally screwed it.    EA wtf are you doing!!!!

        @IrishNation24 This happened to me too - I had to simulate a couple seasons until the guy graduated and was off the roster. It was annoying but it was the only fix I could find that let me continue the dynasty

    @EA_Illium Only happens in specific online dynasty that I’m currently in I am member of the league not owner or commissioner.

    @EA_Illium y'all need to fix this NOW. We can't even move ahead in the dynasty. I'm not starting it over AGAIN

    I can’t play a game in my dynasty that has a team builder team on it. Everytime I try to play a game I get the “servers cannot process your request” message. This is the 2nd dynasty this has happened on.
