Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a...

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for letting us know this is still happening.

would it be possible to get a bit more information?

Does it only happen with a specific Dynasty/League?
Have they used the Team Builder to edit anything for that Dynasty?
Does it happen as soon as they try to enter Online Dynasty, or is it happening elsewhere?
