Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"


Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a error message “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.” I’ve been dealing with this issue since early release came out. Really feels like I wasted money by getting the early release edition.

    Summarize your bug When in Ultimate Team Game Mode, trying to play Head to Head in any mode or Solo Battles I get the following Error Message - Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time,. Please try again later.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load Ultimate Team
    What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot play any H2H or Solo Ultimate Team Games
    What do you expect to see? Game to load into Online H2H Gameplay

    Screen Pops up - When in Ultimate Team Game Mode, trying to play Head to Head in any mode or Solo Battles I get the following Error Message - Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time,. Please try again later.

    Hey @SHOTS345632 

    If you have a moment can we try the following steps and check if this keeps up?

    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    4. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    5. Restore the license for the game.
      • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
      • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
    6. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
    7. Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
  • When I ready up, it says ""servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu."
