For the past month, I have been getting continual “EA servers cannot process your request.” Unable to have any access College Ultimate Team since first patch. This means no challenges, solo seasons/battles, or H2H. Ironically, the store and buying packs has no issues. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, safe mode started system including clear cache, rebuilt databases, and restored licenses. Sign out and resigned in again. Sent numerous requests to EA help and CFB Direct via X with no updates and help! Please help, I have spent a lot of money on here buying packs and I, too, feel like I have been scammed. Check my gamer tag…you’ll see how much spent! Not only on CFB25 but all of EA products. As a longtime customer, very disappointed in this happening for the past month.

- @EA_Illium I get requested to create a new lineup all the time but that never works actually all the solutions you guys have been giving out don’t work for everyone 100% it’s honestly quite lucky if it does work for someone.
- @EA_Illium I’ve also noticed this glitch gets fixed if you and your friend switch roles for example switching to Offense when your main role is defense. But I’ve already built a defense so this is frustrating and this bug has been going on for so long it has to be EA.
After the last update. Today on 16 January, I have the same problem on The laptop.
