PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play
I pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football And It still says I have 3 days to wait to play the game. I am on the PS5.

@EA_Illium the first one. standard, refund, deluxe
@EA_Illium @tyfitz33 Same. It appears to me that the original Standard version is not being appropriately removed from our libraries, and when trying to download, it defaults to the Standard version. Which is not available for a few days. So Deluxe is being blocked by Standard in our libraries.
- @tyfitz33 Perhaps, I'm not familiar with their issue resolution process. I finally am in a queue to work with an actual person to resolve this. Going to ensure they remove Standard Edition from my library entirely and hope that resolves the issue. Clearly from the feedback we are a couple of MANY people experiencing this.
Do you guys have the game downloaded yet? Mine says it’s sitting in the queue even though it was available as of yesterday. And gives me an error when trying to start the trial. Just trying to see if I have the same issue as everyone here

@tyfitz33 @EA_Illium I got hold of EA support and they were very helpful and responsive, but confirmed that since I purchased the game through Playstation store, that the issue is with Playstation. I agree with that conclusion. The root of the problem is with the attached screenshot, and Playstation will either choose to fix it, or not.
That’s fine and all, i appreciate the response, but PlayStation, I can’t get a hold of anyone there. It says it’s too busy for live chat. And can’t take any calls…
I had the exact same problem, also pre ordering the standard version, then the deluxe version. I have also been refunded for the standard edition, but still cannot download either the trial or the deluxe version. Also a 2 day 5 hr timer. Is there any solution to this yet?
