This could be players getting thirsty during the games, but to check could we get the following information?
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this only happen in one game mode?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
