I had a similar issue using Google Chrome browser- when I uploaded my own logo in Team Builder it would show up in the top of the webpage but not in the logo 1, 2, or 3 spot. Then none of the helmet or uniform would show up so I couldn’t see what the ones I picked would look like. When I switched browsers to Edge - no problems. At least Safari has a warning that pops up saying it is an incompatible browser. Try Microsoft Edge browser & it may fix your problem too! There was a slight delay with Edge when loading the logo but it does work.
