Keep getting error code 400 if anyone knows how to get around that when making their team. Have made sure everything is filled out, no symbols, tried using default logos, deleting cookies and history and using a different browser but still get the error code. Can save it, just can't submit it, it's when I get the error.
I have a saved teambuilder team that I have worked on the past couple of days and today I have been greeted with the same message "Error: [400]: An unexpected error occured during this operation." I have made sure to get ride of any symbols and numbers in the boxes. And I have restarted my computer and cleared the cache too. All of the boxes are filled in. Even if I open my saved teambuilder team and do absolutely nothing to the team and try to save it, I am met with the same message. I know that the servers were down this morning for maintenance but the EA Direct X page said they were back online. It would be amazing if I could get some help with this problem.
If I am still getting the "Error: [400]: An unexpected error occurred during this operation." every time I try to save is it safe to say all my hard work is lost on my team builder team?
Is this not effecting anyone else?

I have spent the last two days creating my team for teambuilder. I have all the uniforms done. I did not use any special characters, just regular letters. I have cleared my cache and browser history. Everyime I submit my team it just spins and I get this error. Very frusterated at this point, anyone have any solutions?
I am trying to submit my created team through Team Builder, but keep getting the error message "Team Submission Failed: [400] An unexpected error occurred during this operation", but there is no explanation why the team can't be uploaded. There shouldn't be any policy-related issues with this team but I cannot get rid of this error or get my team submitted no matter what I do and it's really frustrating. I've seen people have their teams approved with full-on usage of the McDonald's logo and other heavily copyrighted material but I can't submit this? Come on.
This is happening to me as well. I can get into my team and edit stuff but then when I try to save it gives me error 400 and then I lose all my progress. Super frustrating!
I've spent about 6 hrs on this and all I get is the "Team submission failed. ajax 400 error.
Me too! The team I made has the generic logos on it and it’s not giving me a reason why
Deleted that team and completely remade it the same exact way and it worked just fine. I guess a team can get corrupted somehow and it's a lost cause on that file.

Re-doing your work isn't a solution...has EA confirmed the files are in fact corrupted?
I can't even get the page to load once I log in it just sits there white and does nothing else.
