Can we try the following troubleshooting and check if this keeps up?

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
4. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
5. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
6. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
