Redeemed a code for points but it never appeared in game.

I don’t know what else to do. Reached out to Microsoft and they told me to reach out to support here. I have a case in but when i try to chat with someone it says there’s a 12 minute wait but nothing...

    Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.   

    How to use EA Help
    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    i can give u a little update :D

    I talked 7 times to an Agent from EA every time they wanted a proof from my Xbox Profil but that´s physical not possible to show in the profile my name, email adress and gamertag but they don't get it. I have also a Proof from Microsoft Agent directly in the Chat but ea dont't take that. I think my money is gone :/
