Still can’t load my online dynasty

I am in an Online Dynasty on PS5 with around 8 members. We were in year 2 almost finished with the season when it locked us out completely. The helmet is black, it says dynasty save instead of the team I am and it gives me an error stating that the servers are down when they are in fact not. I need this dynasty recovered. I have done every possible step required to make this dynasty load but it appears to be a lost cause. I do not know how this occurs or why but this dynasty must be recovered.
