Same thing is happening to me. I’m also on PS5 and after creating and submitting 4 teams I haven’t been able to find them in the download center when I search my user name. I was able to find one by searching the school name which is frustrating because I can see my user name plain as day sitting right there…

Y'all are ridiculous!!! This explained NOTHING!!! We're having issues DOWNLOADING not CREATING. Every time I hit the download button it does nothing. I want my money back. Y'all had THREE years to get this right but it's clear y'all do NOT care about the customer. You may have paid others to give great reviews but it's HORRIBLE!!!
- @judah_made I wish we could do a class action lawsuit cause I wasted $75. I bought a whole playstation for this. I'll return the system within my 30 days but EA still would have my money, which I don't like. Stuff is STILL not downloading/working properly.
I've always accused them of caring only about sales and not offering ANY support after they have the money and it's still the same. First EA game I've bought in years and I'll never buy another.
I’m having issues finding my team in the download center. I think we all have created a team in the team builder but we cannot find our teams in the download center when you search for it! How can I fix this issue is all

I cannot find the team my friend created for us.
- Team name: Minnesota Moose we can find it on the online portal by searching moose but gamertag doesn't work
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): Millerlite1400

- Are you getting an error message?: no just can't find it
- Does this only happen in one game mode?: can't find it in the download center
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: we have signed out of teambuilder and signed back in. we have also restarted the system an the app several times.
What is the status on this? We are trying to start an online dynasty and my buddy's team is not showing up in the search. It only shows on his end under his uploads.
People have been waiting too long for this to be this poorly implemented.
I have been trying to get my team/school added as a school in the download center for a month. Nothing is working and the issue has not been resolved, I spent hours trying to make this team and im not trying to create the team all over again for it to not even work. Can you please resolve this?

- Are you getting an error message? No error message, my team gets submitted but then nothing shows in the download center when i search my team name, gamertag, state, etc.
- Does this only happen in one game mode? Its for the team builder and the download center... not a game mode what are these questions?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Trying to resubmit my team about 100 times and nothing changes, its ridiculous
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... you want me to send a screenshot of my school not appearing???
Can you please work to fix this instead of just posting a video that just tells us how to create a team... which we all know how to do.
Can EA please address this? I still am unable to download any created teams. Why am I paying for a subscription service that is unusable?
first off that video didn't even show how to submit we are all saying we have made the team so that video is a complete waste of time. Second we are saying we cannot see our team in the download manager no matter how we look for it. so why does the console type factor in but here goes

also according to your site we are not allowed to infringe on real schools but i know i have seen a Murray State University Racers and i live right next to that university, my school is 100% made up there is no Paducah State, Paducah does have a college but it is called Western Kentucky Technical College or (WKTCS) so i know that the school name could not be flagged and i used an AI logo generator to create the logos so nothing infringes on Copyright Laws
Same issue - can't find team builder team using any of the search options on PS5 - most of the schools that show in my search results aren't even close to what I'm searching for. Can find the teams on the TB website, but not on the console. Delaying the stat of our online dynasty because of this bug.
I have been having this same issue for over a week now. I used to be able to go into Download Center immediately after I had logged out of Team Builder and download the update version of my team, but I haven't been able to since the most recent round of updates.
This didn't help, I have everything done, but my team still can't be found. I have searched using my GT, the team name, the mascot, the location, everything. Nothing works.
