Same exact problem here. Field is all white as well. 

yeah this happened to me too. it also appears that way in play now, and only the uniforms show. anyways, someone contact me when EA fixes this

I've been hitting different EA accounts up on ALL social media platforms for a week...and I finally got through to someone on LinkedIn. I won't reveal who they are...but they're definitely an employee, and works in the CFB department. This is what I was told on LinkedIn:  "Thank you for letting me know! Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. Appreciate you bringing it to our attention!"

Yeah right this is Ea we’re talking about, thought I could take a break for a couple of months but come back and there are even more bugs, this game is so garbage it’s not even worth your time go play something that actually cares about the player. This is a scum low life company that doesn’t give a single **bleep**

The field is white and the Logo is White EA we need Answers!!

There can only be one explanation for why this all WHITE field and WHITE logos has gone on this long...

White supremacists have taken over EA, and they're being held hostage. We need to save them. 

I just got the game.. and spent a good 6-7 hours making my team perfect... then spent another couple of hours trying to make the white boxes go away... Ya'll need to fix this asap.. this is rubbish. Class Action lawsuit anybody?
