Teams Not Listed as Options for Favorite Team — Missing Colleges

I’m trying to select BYU as my favorite team in my profile and it’s not showing available. Only showing 10 teams of the B12. The main one for me missing is BYU. But ASU, Utah, Colorado, are all missi...

I found the problem. Do not use the bumpers to forward through the teams use the left stick.
