There was an error retrieving your currency balances

I am unable to play Ut. I keep getting an error there was an error retrieving currency balances. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello. I an recieving an issue on CFB 25 that says “there was an error retrieving your currency balance” and cannot access any modes or the store in Ultimate team.
