I am unable to play Ut. I keep getting an error there was an error retrieving currency balances. Any idea how to fix this?

- Restart your console
- Log out and sign back in to your account
- Create a new line up with different players

Iv'e tried all the solutions that were suggested and none of them work I have been kicked out of ultimate team 30 times about in the last 2 days and I'm not sure what to do.
