I am unable to play Ut. I keep getting an error there was an error retrieving currency balances. Any idea how to fix this?

Having trouble playing ultimate team mode. Message error trouble retrieving currency. Need help to resolve please
I'm having the same issue I've tried the fixes mentioned before and noting seems to be working I got the Error to retrieve currency bug after opening a few packs and now I cant use the cards I got.
