Touchdown Tango House Rules No Final Reward

This is two rewards in a row, both the level 9 ICYMI 82+ OVR Player Pack and the level 10 8,000 coins, that I have not received upon reaching the required wins. I have contacted EA support about this already and they told me there is nothing they can do. 

This makes playing the game almost pointless, I haven't received a reward in my last 50 wins in touchdown tango due to this glitch.

Someone please reach out and correct this. 

I finally finished the 250 wins in Touchdown Tango under House Rules in NCAA 25 ultimate team. That should’ve prompted a reward for 87 overall SS Corey Thomas Jr. After I finished the final game I got the coins for the win but never got the player card. I made a case with EA help and uploaded images of 1) my check marks for the 250 wins and 2) my current cards in order of overall to prove it wasn’t in my binder. The EA help person told me they could not give me the card because they are “unable to validate the wins” even though I have proof that I got all the wins. They then directed me to a forum of people who completed this weeks ago and this haven’t received the reward. This has been very frustrating because that was a lot of hours grind to get to 250 wins for nothing. I have been playing EA games for 15+ years and never made a case with issues in the past and I am honestly very disappointed on this whole situation. 

Yeah.. I still haven’t got mine either.. at this point it jsut saddens me. I’m still have issues when people quit.. I still don’t get them. Still no Corey Davis .. at this point I just need him as a back up lol.
