Unfortunately, missing items are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. I would recommend reaching out to our EA Help Team.
For more info on how you can set up a case with the team, check out the following article on the EA Help site:
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select College Football 25 (or any game you're trying to play)
- Select the See all help topics
- Select the option I want to check my order status (or select what best matches your case)
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
