Ultimate Team - wins

I hate when I play Champs in Ultimate Team, win 3 games, but none of them show as wins.  Yet if someone quits, I get a win.  I then play House Rules for overtime but those games don’t count even though it says they do.  This last season, one needs H2H wins to earn rewards.  But how can I earn them if I get credit for no games played or wins???  Please read this and respond EA.
