Ultimate Team Squads Head 2 Head Match Making

I’ve played almost 100 Squad Head 2 Head games on College Football 25 Ultimate Team. I’ve made it to the National championship 5/6/7 times and EVERY single time my team has made it the opponent lags out at the very start of the game and it gives all of us a loss. The game won’t even show us their top 3 cards it’ll just say opponent is experiencing network issues, or it’ll even say that this game won’t be counted and then STILL give all of us a loss. After spending 3+ hours getting those 8 wins in a row just to not even see the stadium of the National Championship, but worst of all We can’t get the best packs in the entire game, the Natty Packs. This needs to be fixed asap or my team should be compensated for our time at least. Making it that far every time 8 wins in a row and we can’t play the 9th game. My previous games prove this too and our highest streak is only 8 cause we can’t continue !!!!!!!!!
