Unable to Load Ultimate Team NCAA CFB25 "Our servers cannot process your request

I have been trying to play Ultimate Team in NCAA CFB 25 with my friends but I keep receiving the same error each time I load it Up: "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." None of my friends are having issues connecting and I am able to play every other online game mode. I have tried restarting the game, my modem, and Xbox multiple times but have had no success. This problem has consisted for multiple hours now. Any advice to fix this?

    @skywalker2552, if the generate best lineup didn’t work, remove all players and start with a blank line up. Build it from there. I’ve had to do it a few times.  I feel like there is a player that gets into 2 different positions at the same time and the game can’t use the sub.  When it happens it’s always right after I add a player to my lineup. Good luck!

  • Been trying to play UT for 2 weeks now on XBOX X no type of game play works and I done reset everything it’s the game and we need an update ASAP!

    Did you try what we said? Go to generate best lineup and then try and play right after that?

  • I am having the same problem. There is no way Ea does not know about this outage. 

  • I have not been able to play Solo Seasons on PS5 for the last 3 days. I have tried the generate best lineup.

    The generate best lineup worked for me other than I'd have to go in and refund abilities because the autogenerate would put me over the limit. If I tried to go to the section were you activate/deactivate players with abilities it would also crash and give me an error. When I start a blank lineup it works for every position until I try to add a WR or a KR/PR, then it gives me the same "can't process your request" error. This has been fun times for sure.

    This worked! I hadn’t been able to play ultimate team for weeks because I got the message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." . All I had to do was generate best lineup

    10 months on and still having this issue? Only been a month for me. I am moving onto other games at this point. shrug
