You guys never gave me my 100 points for coach dynasty. I pre-ordered the game

It should be in the dynasty settings . When you go to the setting it should give you an option to turn pre order bonuses on/off
Yes, I’m in my friend’s dynasty, they all received theirs 100 points but I didn’t. I even started offline one and it still wasn’t there. I pre-ordered the game just like they did. Is there anyway you guys can just add the 100 points to my account?
