Talent developer not working for xp rewards.

I have upgraded to talent developer in 3 separate dynasty leagues and i received bonuses on the initial upgrade for my draft class but i have not received the bonuses for any of my other 3 draft classes or any form my assistant coaches that have had the archetype unlocked since then. Is this a bug for anyone else? Has anyone been able to get EA to address this kind of bug? They seem to just ignore all of these reported bug issues.
