'2nd Level' Physical Ability not Attainable by FB, TE, WR

The 'Blocking' FB, 'Pure Blocker' TE, and the 'Gritty Possession' WR all have the '2nd Level' physical ability but its requirements are way too high for any of them to obtain it. Its 83+ Impact blocking to unlock it and only OL and DT's that switch positions can reach that high number. I am not going to put a OL or DT as my WR just to obtain an ability because its requirements are way too high for a regular WR/TE/FB.
