All 22 starters transferred after first year winning national championship

I started a dynasty as colorado state, used the default coach and default roster. Won the national championship on year one. The off-season came and literally every single starter on the team is transferring with "extremely unlikely" chance of persuasion. Many of them were leaving because their deal breaker was championship contender. Like bro we just won the national championship. Clearly something isn't adding up correctly. If your entire 22 man starting lineup leaves after the first year in dynasty, after winning the national championship, the dynasty is broken. I dont want to continue playing the dynasty because the whole point is to build a program. My whole program just left after the first year.
