Transfer Portal Players Disappearing
There appears to be a significant bug with the transfer portal that causes most CPU teams to get significantly worse each year. Every year, a large number of players in the portal, including some of the highest ranked at their positions, don’t get offered by any teams in the portal, causing them to disappear from the game. This is completely unrealistic, as so many teams in power conferences are starting guys that are 75 OVR and not even attempting to go after players. There shouldn’t be scenarios where there are 80+ OVR five star recruits in the portal getting zero offers and vanishing from the game. In one dynasty, Keelon Russell, Isaiah Gibson, Tavien St. Clair, Quincy Porter, and many others had this happen to them. In dynasty, there is a big balancing issue with the highly ranked NIL freshman and their rating caps/mental abilities. Pretty much all of the real 5 star freshman have severe rating caps and no mental abilities, making them significantly worse than the freshman that you recruit in the game. Bryce Underwood and Keelon Russell are the top 2 recruits and max out at an 87 OVR, reaching all their caps after 1 year. The highly ranked offensive tackles Juan Gaston, David Sanders, Lamont Rogers, and Ty Haywood literally can’t improve at run blocking, the 5 star DL all have extremely low caps on pass rushing and IQ, etc. It’s a major issue with the freshman at every position that needs to be fixed in the first title update to allow people to start dynasties without this issue.Physical attributes that can’t be unlocked
Pasted from someone who did the work: Some archetypes are a little funky at the moment and I’m hoping this post can bring attention to it so it can be fixed, below is a list of the archetypes that cannot progress an ability due to the inability to level up the corresponding attribute. I assume like last year it is still possible for players to come out of high school with abilities they don’t meet the requirements for, but this is the only way outside of a position change (which is also currently broken/not functioning properly) that players could acquire these abilities as these archetypes. QB: None, all archetypes have the means to upgrade their abilities HB: None, all archetypes have the means to upgrade their abilities FB: None, all archetypes have the means to upgrade their abilities WR: Gritty Possession - Cannot acquire Outside Shield due to no RB Finesse, Second Level due to Impact Blocking, or Sure Hands due to Catch in Traffic Gadget - Cannot acquire Dot due to no deep accuracy (or any accuracy actually) upgrade Physical Route Runner - Cannot acquire Sure hands due to no Catch in Traffic, 50/50 due to no Spec Catch. I’m trying to complete my orientation objectives and I’ve played 3 and won games of study hall to complete the challenge and haven’t gotten a check, I even restarted my application before the 3rd one… I’m not sure if study hall applies to challenges but if it does it didn’t give any progression.Dynasty cpu vs cpu hangs going into overtime.
When playing cpu vs cpu in Dynasty the game hangs after teams make selections after coin toss for overtime. You have to close the game out and start over from start of game. Game Areas Affected by Bug: Dynasty Player Dealbreakers (Playing Style) HB Archetypes: Contact Seeker, East/West Playmaker, North/South Blocker, Elusive Bruiser Description of Bug: The HB archetypes listed above all have as their preferred playing style "Rushing Yards per Game", visible in the "My School" menu. It appears that this is calculated as the sum of the rushing yards per game statistic for all individual HB players on your roster. This should be changed to either a game-weighted average (total rushing yards across all HB players on your team divided by total Games Played for all HB players on your team), or to count total rushing yards for all RBs and be a counting statistic rather than a per-game average. The issue with the current implementation is that it is easily exploitable to game this metric and artificially increase the appeal of your team to HB prospects in Recruiting or meet the dealbreakers for HB players on your roster. Exploit Example / How to Replicate: I use a backup HB on my roster in 1 game against a weak opponent and they rush for 80 yards in that one game. I ensure that they never get another snap in any other games that season by placing them far down my depth chart. In the rest of my games that season, my other RBs average about 100 total yards per game. My Playing Style metric, observable in the "My School" screen in recruiting, will report that my school has 180 rushing yards per game for HBs. However, in reality, my HB committee averaged slightly less than 100 rushing yards per game. Rather than being an average / below average team in HB play style, I will instead be one of the top teams in the country. Many more HB prospects with Playing Style dealbreakers will be interested in my school and it will be far easier for me to keep HB players with Playing Style dealbreakers on my team and avoid them transferring.RTG Answers Bugged
When trying to select answers to reporters, coaches, etc., I can’t toggle to select or choose any answers. Can press the Xbox home button to bring up the Xbox menu so my controller is connected and worked. But I can’t select a response to local TV reporter. Happened earlier and then broke the first time I talked to a coach. Literally can’t play RTGOnline Dynasty Player Progression Bug
My friend and I have an online Dynasty. His players are earning XP and skill points like they should. My team is not and their XP bar isn't moving, despite completing tasks that should earn XP. Not sure how to fix it to allow progression for my team. It is set to manual progression with 0 percent penalty.
