Below Item Type Minimums?

Trying to move items to sets, quick sell, list for auction, etc. but I keep getting an error saying it would put my item type below what it can be? I've even gone and bought an extra 2-3 player cards per position to try and fix this. Still isn't working. Now wondering if it gets fixed if I'll get reimbursed for the items I've bought in the meantime. Anyone else having this issue?
