Bugs while progressing players in online dynasty

There is a bug showing up in online dynasty when manually progressing players after offseason training. We have a league of 8 teams. When at the training results stage in the offseason, a user cannot upgrade a player more than one upgrade at a time. When upgrading, the game claims the player is on a different team and you cannot upgrade them without backing out to the roster and going back in. The player does not actually change teams, but the fake team change only happens with teams that other users are operating. For example, I am BYU, when I go to upgrade a player's quickness his team will switch to another user's team (North Carolina) and I cannot upgrade him again without going back to the roster and going back in to the player card where, after upgrading again, his team will switch to another user team (Minnesota) and the cycle repeats.
