Can’t recruit transfer portal players?

I can’t find ANYONE with this same problem. I’m in offseason recruiting week 2 out of 4. There aren’t any transfer portal players showing up at ALL. The screen just says “unavailable. Transfer portal will be available during offseason recruiting” even though I AM in offseason recruiting. I’m losing players to the portal and actually can’t get any players to replace them because it’s not letting me even see the transfer portal. I have no idea how to fix this and have never seen this bug before or anyone report it before.
