Can't get UT Orientation rewards because Study Hall objective won't complete bug

Like the title says, it's not possible to complete the Orientation in Ultimate Team because no matter how many different ways I've tried to "Play a game in Study Hall," the objective won't complete and stays at "0/1." I've tried accessing Study Hall through the Solos area and I've tried going there by clicking on the objective an entering a game. Both times I completed the Study Hall game, but the objective stays as incomplete. I've tried retiring the event, and still it won't get marked completed. I then re-entered the event and played another game, and it still won't work. I've burned three Study Hall tokens just in an attempt to complete this objective. It's literally the last thing I have on my Orientation, and I just want it to be completed so I can receive the Varsity Pack for the rewards. I know it doesn't seem like a pressing task, but other people have reported this bug weeks ago and there's still no comment from EA's end. Seems like a pretty standard bug fix
