Can't play the game due to random ''Trial'' message today

I, too, am having the same issue. Would love to play this game, but I cannot. Any updates?

im having the same issue 

chatted with ChatGPT and it came to the same conclusion that it was a licening issue. when i sent the message chatGPT told me to send to the support, the support guy responded with "i just did that", and it still didnt work... multi billion dollar company, and they dont even know what the issue is.

Don’t mark as solved if it’s not fixed, and there’s no course of action to get it to work

definitely still happening .....its gotta be a licensing issue. When i go to the xbox store and click on a game i bought it says ''you own this''. I go to cfb26 in the store and it says ''play now with EA play''...it should say that i own it instead  😑

When I try to enter the game it tells me:This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress. But I can’t understand why since I downloaded with the game pass
