Here's the message I'm getting

I am getting this same error. I just bought Ultimate Game pass to play CFB 26 on xcloud. When I launch the game it won't let me in with this same error. I've tried updating everything and restarting multiple times.

Same exact error for me, too. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Never played the trial for CFB26 at all.

The only fix ive found, at least on xbox, is signing out of my profile on the main menu, then signing back in and loading into the game, but the second you go back to the hub or try to the message will appear again forcing a restart.

For example, load into career mode, play a level, go back to hub. Trial mode message

it only started when they added the game to ea play but i have premium game pass which includes ea play so i should be able to play but idk what the problem is

When I try to enter the game it tells me:This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress. But I can’t understand why since I downloaded with the game pass
