Championship grade

I have won 4 championships, am on a 20+ game win streak, have a blue chip percentage of 87, and am ranked #2. This league is in the year 2034 and around 2032, my championship grade fell to a B+ and won’t get above that. I’m below schools like Colorado (who in my league have a blue chip percentage of 20 and are ranked 11). There is no fix that I can come up with. I’m losing out on recruits and having my best players transfer due to a low championship grade.
