Coach progression in dynasty is agonizingly slow

So I want to start by saying I appreciate the increase to 100 levels from last year's 50. With that being said, the time it takes to progress your coach in dynasty is painfully slow. I always set the progression rate to fastest and it doesn't even feel like there's a change in the speed from the normal setting. Current dynasty I started with Brent pry who I think was in low to mid 40s? 13 successful seasons later he's still not even at level 89. I'm not sure if you'd ever be able to actually get a created coach who starts at level zero to level 100 in the 30 year cap dynasty mode has which seems like a waste to me.
