Coach Strategist Perk Not Rewarding Bonus XP

The reward for this archetype perk is 1,500 XP per recruit visit if your teams wins the week of their visit. However when I enabled this perk my coach has not received any bonus XP for recruit visits when my team won the game.

Dynasty: Offline; Console: PS5

So is it just a known bug or are we supposed to get the extra points for the prospects at the end of the season...
