College Football 26 Dynasty Conference Change Glitch

Hello... I put this post in the general discussions forum but wanted to move it to the bug report section in hopes to getting this bug fixed. Anyway... I’m currently playing Dynasty Mode in EA Sports College Football 26 and ran into a glitch during conference realignment. After switching conferences, one team from my old conference remains locked on my schedule — even though they shouldn’t be a conference opponent anymore. The specific example was moving Nebraska back to the Big XII but it left Iowa as the last game on the schedule and it was a locked opponent.

It looks like the scheduler isn’t updating fully or there’s a leftover flag from the prior alignment that’s sticking in the code. I tried changing conferences during different phases of the offseason, but the bug persists.

Has anyone found a workaround that doesn’t require restarting the entire dynasty? Also — EA devs, any chance this could be addressed in the next patch? This appears to be a similar issue from last year's game.
