COMPLETE LOSS OF ULTIMATE TEAM SEASON LEVEL AFTER BEING LEVEL 49?!

I was literally 500 XP from level 50 to get the 87 CB, I log in today, IM AT LEVEL 1?!?! How does this happen!!? What can I do?! This game is non stop issues!!!
