Coordinator Persuade Attempts Don’t Reset

I’m in Year 3 of a dynasty and currently the OC at Georgia. I used a few persuade attempts in Year 2, and I’ve now reached the Year 3 offseason. My persuade attempts is at 6/10 to start instead of the full 10/10. 

I tried to recreate this with another coach and found the same problem for an existing coach as a DC.
