CPU Passing/Kicking Accuracy

Quarterbacks and kickers are way too accurate in dynasty mode regardless of what you set the sliders to. Quarterbacks always have extremely high completion percentages and very rarely have missed throws even with the slider all the way down. FG accuracy slider seems to have no effect in dynasty and kickers make about 85-90% of their kicks.
