CPU sometimes glitches and takes delay of game when going no huddle

Sometimes when a CPU team goes no huddle, they will line up at the LOS, and then not do anything until the clock runs to 0 and they take a delay of game. I'm not entirely sure how to reproduce this, other than that it always happens on a no huddle play. It happens maybe 2% of the time, but when it does, it's annoying.
