Crack Toss and Audible Bugs

Using the Oregon State playbook in dynasty mode. Crack Toss was working fine prior to a couple updates ago. Now, it’s somehow registered as a pass attributed to nobody (third quarter scoring play in attachment). The RB gets a reception and receiving yards for it, but no QB gets a completion (and shouldn’t because it’s a running play). 

I’ve also had issues where in order to change a defensive play, I have to try the audible 2-3 times before it changes.
