Custom playbooks

Custom playbooks still seem to be broken. I had 495 plays out of 500. Went to click add all plays in flexbone close which had 10 plays in it and it added all of them when it should have only added five. When is this going to get fixed? I like creating playbooks but this is getting frustrating
