Cut auction block glitch

I’m playing cut 26 and I got to bid on a player and it removes the coins from my currency. Someone bought the card completely and I haven’t gotten my coins back. I just lost 63,700 coins because of this. And I have it recorded on my PlayStation but why can’t this game just work. I also constantly lag and desync out of games and it’s not my connection either.
