Daily Dynasty Crashing Reminder

Just a daily reminder that Online Dynasty is still crashing. We're still sending bug reports and there is still silence from EA or the Admins. Is this even being worked on, or talked about in house? It's been weeks and there is nothing. It's unbelievable.
