Dead input hot route bug

I have a glitch where it won’t let me hit route a receiver. I select the hot route input pre snap and it gives options as to who to select to hot route. For most receivers it works fine, but for one of the receivers the input doesn’t register when I select their icon, and it’s not always the same receiver, or even receiver icon. It is however always the outside receiver in the formation
