Defensive player missing during gameplay please fix!

Many times on defense I will call a play and I will be missing a defensive player and one player on defense will be given the assignment of two players and also cannot move presnap  in the attachments below i called mid blitz 0 but there are only 10 players on the field if i had the play art up it would show one player with two assignments
